What we are looking for

We are looking for a product or service-based company—ideally in pad or screen printing or high-powered lasers—generating between $1.5M and $2M in revenue, priced at 2.5x to 3.5x SDE.

The ideal business will be SBA pre-qualified, located in the greater NYC area, and have a strong and consistent history of profitability.

Key employees should remain post-sale, and continuity in supplier and customer relationships is essential.

About the Investors

We are actively seeking to acquire a small business within the next six months and are fully prepared to pursue an SBA-backed transaction. A personal financial statement is available upon request.

Our background is in tech, most recently in B2B sales and marketing, where we built expertise in operations, growth, and customer value. We're also advised by experienced operators in digital, pad, and screen printing, giving us strong insight into the printing and services space.
